Below are a number of plans that we can build for you to a price. Although it is very difficult to give a fixed price quote we are able to give you a ballpark figure. Please send us some details of what you are looking at and we will get an indicative price back to you.

Plans:
This is a standard three bedroom home that is designed such that it can be elongated to make the rooms bigger. There is also an option to make the garage into a family room and put a stratco carport on the end.
This home can be finished in weatherboard, brick or rendered. The cheapest option is going to be the weatherboard.
We have built this home with the verandah all the way along the front of the house and we have altered plans with the main bedroom moved to the front with a sliding door onto the verandah.
